The Kin-Tek™ 491 Flex™
The Kin-Tek 491Flex™ is a manually operated, expandable, full capability permeation tube system for generating precision calibration gas mixtures. Mixtures are produced by diluting the miniscule flow from TraceSource permeation (or diffusion) tubes with a much larger flow of matrix gas, typically nitrogen or zero air. The 491Flex™ is ideally suited for generating trace concentration –ppm, ppb, and pptr – mixtures. Mixtures contact only inert materials.

The Kin-Tek™ EcoFlex™
The Kin-Tek EcoFlex™ Perm Tube System is designed for creating trace concentration gas mixtures. Mixtures are produced by diluting the minuscule flow of vapour emitted by Trace Source™ permeation (or diffusion) tubes with a much larger flow of inert matrix gas, typically nitrogen or zero air. Mixtures contact only suitably inert materials, Teflon®, coated stainless steel, or glass. The EcoFlex™ manual system is built on the same readily transportable platform as the microprocessor controlled FlexStream™ system Base Module. The EcoFlex™, however, is a simple, stand-alone, single oven permeation system. Please Note – This product has the name Eco, but it is not made by Eco Scientific Ltd.

The Kin-Tek™ FlexStream™ GSG
The Kin-Tek FlexStream™ automated Permeation Tube System offers total flexibility for creating precision gas mixtures. Mixtures are produced by diluting the miniscule flow emitted from permeation (or diffusion) tubes with a much larger flow of inert diluent gas, typically nitrogen or zero air. The FlexStream™ is ideally suited for creating trace concentration – ppm, ppb, and pptr – mixtures. The FlexStream™ is small, easily transportable, and easily integrated with other Kin-Tek™ gas mixing systems.

The Kin-Tek™ Span Pac I™
This generator is used for multipoint, multi-component calibration of process gas analysers and continuous emissions monitors. The Span Pac I™ uses Trace Source™ Permeation Tubes to provide ppb to 1,000 ppm standards, depending on the compound. It is specifically designed for field mounting and can be operated from a remote station. Multiple permeation tube ovens can be housed in a single NEMA 4 cabinet. Also available with Z purge uses Trace Source™ Permeation Tubes to provide ppb to 1,000 ppm standards, depending on the compound. It is specifically designed for field mounting and can be operated from a remote station. Multiple permeation tube ovens can be housed in a single NEMA 4 cabinet. Also available with Z purge.
The Kin-Tek™ Span Pac™ H2O
The Kin-Tek Span Pac™ H2O Generator is specifically designed to calibrate sensitive moisture analyzers. It uses a Trace Source™ Permeation Tube to generate low concentration (10 ppm to 100 ppb) moisture standards.
The Span Pac™ H2O Generator holds the Trace Source™ Permeation Tube at a constant temperature and introduces a controlled flow of dilution gas over the tube. A small, accurate, constant flow of H2O vapour permeates from the tube and mixes with the dry dilution gas to form the ppm or ppb moisture standard. The moisture standard then flows through the generator output to a monitor or probe.
